In the last 4 month I saw the demolishment of the Baloy Long Beach West End and it seems for a large development. Baloy Long Beach is part of Olongapo and has the best beaches, easily reachable, in the Olongapo and Subic Bay area.
I happened to make Barrio Barretto my home and it proudly shares a long Military history. It was a Naval Rifle Range before the war plus the Marines and Army used it as a training area and the Army Fort Wint had artillery pieces in place here. In 1945 it became the Naval Supply Depot and was returned to Philippine Authorities perhaps late as 1959.

Zg158. (-Pictures #02 to 09 minus numbers #07 & 08). These pictures show the beginning of the demolishment of the Baloy Beach West End for development, we see many walls still standing and people gathered in disbelieve. This group of images is dated the 10th and 23rd of Oct. 2022.

Zg160. (Pictures #07, 08, 21 and #22) show the best house in the area also gets demolished in spite of displaying a sign with listing all the document they had filed in the past concerning this residence in Baloy Beach.

Zg166 (-Pictures #31 and 32) show the investor of the Baloy Long Beach West End Development sitting on the beach with his spouse and the foreman of his development guard detail. He told me, his name is Larry from the US SW and is in development which should start in a few months, the date of this picture is the 16th of Jan. 2023.
