The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts holds a dedication ceremony for the new bronze sculpture monument honoring Filipino World War II veterans at the Waipahu Public Library on Friday, February 24, 2023. The monument consists of a grouping of three different bronze installations by artist Kelley S. Hestir.
