The Heroes Day is on the 7th of April but I arrived one day earlier. On the 6th of April 2019 Philippine naval vessel started arriving and the majority arrived on the morning of the 7th of April. Military personnel with vehicles set up at the Filipino Heroes Memorial in no time. Just like last year the ceremony was conducted in a solemn and efficient way.
