Aguinaldo Proclamation of Independence Document Restoration

Hey everybody,
Last spring, the MacArthur Memorial’s Aguinaldo Proclamation of Independence took second place in the Virginia Association of Museums contest for a restoration grant. Since then, we have been raising money for the restoration of this unique historical document. We are almost half-way there.
