Hello Olivier, I doubt that was part of a KM Stone. Here is an image of what the real thing looks like in the Philippines. Shot on a historical road, in a historical place and was shot no less then on Bataan Day.

Za943. KM Stone (Marker) 144 on the Pilar to Bagac Road on Bataan, 9th April 2018.
The Pilar-Bagac is being widened and for this project the old KM Stones are not moved but are being replaced and are moved further outwards. I’m sure the old stone will be discarded.
In all my frequent travel with a car on Luzon Island, I find these KM Stones helpful. They tell you one’s driving progress and give the distance to the next town. In this picture the next town is Bagac and it is 7 KM to go. Only now do I notice there seems to a marked Rock marker further out. Maybe it is historical, I got to stop there next time and have a look.KM 144 means, it is that distance from Luneta Park in Manila where KM 0 is located.
