The Zambales-Tarlac Road ends at the Baquilan River
I looked for and found the Zambales-Tarlac Road but it ends at the west slopes of the Baquilan River Valley. It was started about 15 years ago but was constructed only to here; they did make some improvements on the road during this period. This is a great view up the Baquilan River Valley.
