On Veterans Day, when returning from the Clark Freeport Zone, the former Clark Air Base, I noticed that the Marble slabs are moved back or are replaced. I asked the workers, one said they are doing it for the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), the other said they were contract workers from Olongapo
