Son and Grandson of Lt. N. Minter Dial, CO of USS Napa AT-32.
On the 10th of April 2008 the family of Lt. N. Minter Dial, CO of USS Napa AT-32 in WWII in Manila Bay inaugurated a plaque at the Hell Ships Memorial. The son and Grandson of Lt. N. Minter Dial came to Subic Bay and we joined them in remembrance of their father and Grandfather. Lt. N. Minter Dial, CO of USS Napa AT-32 in WWII in Manila Bay perished on the Hell Ship Oryoku Maru.
