The 3rd HART= Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Track, Honolulu Rail Transit Track Special Track Assembly Machine is starting a new section of rail track at the Ke’Ehi Lagoon Beach Park. It is passing by the DAV Disabled American Veterans Park which is next to the Ke’Ehi Lagoon Beach Park. After crossing the Moanalua Stream and the Nimitz Highway it bends left and heads towards and is about to enter Dillingham Boulevard.

The 3rd HART= Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Track, Honolulu Rail Transit Track Special Track Assembly Machine is starting a new section of rail track at the Ke’Ehi Lagoon Beach Park. It is passing by the DAV Disabled American Veterans Park which is next to the Ke’Ehi Lagoon Beach Park. I remember the Navy used to have a beach area here a long time ago. And this is the area of the mouths of the Moanalua, and Kalihi Streams.

I believe it has advanced to, at least three (3) pilings. This is a new one, the 3rd one and it just got started.
