Ze296. Looking right, into the Fresh Water Tank thru the damaged wall, south side of the tank. After WWII a smaller tank was built inside to support the Filipino Heroes Memorial and the Japanese Garden of Peace. This water tank area witnessed heavy fighting both in 1942 and 1945.
