Zc718. This is one of the 10 Inch disappearing guns at the Washington State Park, the former Ft. Casey, and the guns came from Subic Bay, from Grande Island, the former Fort Wint. The Washington State Park Service was celebrating the 50th Anniversary of receiving those guns in May this year.
