Zc157. The Stingray marker was a seven-year collaborative project among Pol Bautista, Lucky Guillermo and Peter Parsons—all scions of war veterans. The left person is Lucky Guillermo, Peter Parsons is in the middle, the 3rd person is unknown to me but perhaps is Pol Bautista
Zc161. At the wreath laying event at the USS Stingray Memorial in Ilocos Norte in 2014 our own EXO was present and the lady is maybe the Public Relation Officer from the US Embassy.
