Philippine Department Plaque.
All U.S. Army regular units were administrative under the U. S. Army Philippine Department Command. This is one of many stone plaques that list the units and forces with their commanders who participated in the Defense and Liberation of the Philippines and they have been placed in a circle around the Phil-Am Park.
