This is the seawall, 1928 in the former US Naval Station Olongapo. Later it became the Subic Bay Naval Station and then the Subic Bay Naval Base. I present this image to show that the sand along the seawall was not a problem yet as today in 2017. And the new Subic Bay management, SBMA is dredging around the Alava Wharf of the SBFZ.
