In front of the former Navy and present SBFZ Headquarters are signs and stages rigged in connection with 25th founding anniversary of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. Left is the Hellships (or Hell Ships) Memorial. The decorations over the street are Christmas Lights which are put up all over the facility.
