Ex Port Dizon and Matain River Mouth
This is the end of the Baloy Long Beach which belongs to Barrio Barretto. This is the mouth of the Matain River. That concrete structure carried a conveyor belt to load ships with copper and gold ore from the Dizon Mine. A Subic Bay view, the 7th of Nov. 2017. The mine shut down in the great 1996 rains, slides buried the dewatering facilities of the open pit mine.
