Corregidor First Flag 81st Anniversary, VFW Post Paul P. Busek 11447

Corregidor First Flag 81st Anniversary, the VFW Post Paul P. Busek 11447 observed the 81^st Anniversary of the 503d PIR raising the US 48Star Flag on Corregidor on the 16^th Feb. 1945. This was done with the cooperation of TIEZA, the new management of Corregidor, and their on-Island Staff. All the details of providing boats, a guide, the transportation on the island, notifying the Coast Guard and topping it of with a plate lunch was provided by Villa Carmen at the bottom, SE corner of Bataan.
